Placing an Order

You can place an order by contacting us or by completing the online order form.

Please include any details about yourself, your organization and the recipient(s) of your gift that you feel will be helpful to us in creating something truly special.

Yes you can! As our boxes are made to order, we use the information you provide us to craft a custom, and personalized gift that is tailored to the recipient(s).

Gestur giftboxes are personalized, and made to order, which is why we do not have pre-made giftboxes that can be purchased.

If you have ideas of what you’d like in the giftbox that we craft, be sure to let us know.

Once your Gestur has been crafted and sent off, we will send you an invoice. The invoice will contain a link for payment via a credit card as well as an email address if your preference is e-transfer.

Simply contact us anytime to get another gestur started for someone (else) you’re grateful for.

Absolutely.  A picture (or two!) will be sent to the email address provided to us.

Yes.  If you have a bulk order, a request for a specific item to be included in your box or any other type of special request, please contact us. We will be happy to discuss your order and do our absolute best to accommodate.

If you have placed an order that you would like to cancel, for any reason, please contact us within 2 business days of the order being placed and we will cancel – no questions asked.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping to destinations across Canada at a flat fee of $30 (excluding Nunavut. For destinations in Nunavut, please contact us). Also, we are honoured to share that we donate $1 of the shipping cost (per shipment) to the David Suzuki Foundation.

We do. As a gesture of our gratitude, we offer free delivery to our customers* who are located within a 20km radius of our office.  Our office is located in Burnaby.  Our sincere regrets that we are not able to offer free delivery to all customers.  If you are located outside of our delivery radius, please refer to the shipping section above for shipping information.

*Our customers refer to the Senders of our gift boxes.

Pricing & Turnaround

The prices of our boxes are based on their value, which is determined by two factors: the cost of the contents and the degree of personalization they achieve.

We believe these four options provide the range necessary to meet our customers’ varying budgetary needs while also allowing us to achieve the high degree of personalization we strive for.

As each gift box we create is unique and made-to-order, we ask that you allow us 2-3 weeks to craft your Gestur.
